We collect your email address, the career information you provide during intake (job title, industry, years of experience, context), and the outputs generated by the AI pipeline. We also collect standard usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.
Your data is used solely to generate your career analysis, power the AI pipeline, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent. We do not use your data for advertising.
To generate your skills analysis, role matches, learning path, and other career insights, your career data (job history, skills, and the context you provide) is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. This data is not used by Anthropic to train its AI models. By using RelaunchJobs, you consent to this processing as a core part of how the service works.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever. Your career history is sensitive — we treat it that way.
Your data is stored in Supabase (a SOC 2 Type II certified platform) with row-level security. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use industry-standard practices to protect your information.
We retain your profile and account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, candidate data, and AI-generated outputs are permanently deleted. Logs of AI processing requests are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and abuse prevention, then automatically purged.
We use the following third parties to operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI processing — career data is sent to Claude for analysis), and SerpAPI (live job search results). Each has their own privacy policy.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time. You can download a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data from your profile settings. You can also opt out of any communications at any time. For any of these requests, email support@relaunchjobs.app and we will respond within 48 hours.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and, if you accept, cookies that help us understand how RelaunchJobs is used so we can improve it. You can choose "Essential Only" in the cookie banner at any time to opt out of non-essential cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
RelaunchJobs is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect.
